CIRREF and SIR, in cooperation with
DCRI, have established the Uterine Artery Embolization (UAE) Fibroid
Registry for Outcomes Data (FIBROID). The purpose of the FIBROID
Registry is to assess the procedure's durability, impact on fertility
and quality-of-life, and to obtain data which will allow researchers
to compare UAE to other fibroid therapies.
